Great hotel, it was comfortable, affordable and close by to everything! I would stay here again.

The breakfast was good. The location was good, was very close to the main strip of Patong, the only small issue was the Hill up to the hotel, some taxi divers wanted to charge more for lifts because of the Hill, and some drivers had trouble finding the hotel. The staff were amazing though and the price was very good.

The view from our room was not great, it was the mountain view. The water pressure of the shower was not great, and the water constantly changed temperature.

Brillant stay. Value for Money

Think the breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing and very friendly and always willing to help . The place was clean and the pool on the roof was exceptional.

Well the location of the hotel is up a long hill and on the quieter side of Patong , but that is not a big negative.

Not really . room was bit small and far away from other amenities.

room have some maintenance issues, I notified to supervisor but it was like the same . I made request to change the room but they didn’t did .

The room had a strong moldy smell. I was told by the front desk that leaving at 16:00 would be sufficient for my 18:45 flight to Bangkok. However, the driver arrived at 16:30 after I waited since 16:00. The car was not prearranged and there was traffic. I paid for the car at the hotel but still missed my flight, which was a first for me. I also tipped the front desk and had breakfast booked, but received no notice about breakfast service. Overall, it was a poor experience, and the environment fell short of a four-star rating.

Everything was really amazing! It was super clean and tidy, while breakfasts were really delicious with fruits and nice coffee. I got Everything I needed and even more. Stuff was so much helpful and patient as I made a mistake with online delivery and they helped me to solve the problem.

Love the rooftop pool

The facilities are excellent. Loved the pool! Staff at the rooftop area always remembered us. The room was very comfortable and clean. Wifi was fast and stable. The area is fairly quiet compared to the rest of Patong Beach.

The hotel is located on top of a hill which gives it great views, but the downside is walking up and down the hill requires a workout. It would be nice is they provided a free regular shuttle to the main road as there weren't many restaurants immediately close. One the morning of our checkout, a temp/after-hours staff member was manning the front desk. He didn't handle the checkout particularly efficient. What should have taken 1 minute took 20. Very frustrating when we had a taxi waiting to take us to the airport. Breakfast didn't have many options for a vegan so we just bought cereal from the nearby mini mart.

The hotel is on a hill, i read it before i booked so, thanks for the reviewers i knew what to expect. It is a 4 star hotel, but i think more 3.5 star due to the room size. Therefore, it is 20-30% more expensive then it should be. The staff was good, but this is Thailand, you would get only a few rude people, and when i read in the reviews that even one of the staff is rude, i try to stay away and book somewhere else.

The prices for the food and the value was really low. They charge you fine dining prices but serve regular food you could easily find less than half price down the road in any decent restaurant. They should either match the quality of the food to what they charge for or lower the prices.

Really nice rooftop pool.

Really nice rooftop pool. Desk staff were very friendly and helped us to the room with our bags. Out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Patong but still only a 15 minute walk to the main centre. Good value for money.

The property is located on a very steep hill which always put drivers off taking you back so they would increase the price. Drinks were very expensive in the pool area... 90THB for a small bottle of water!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel, not great location

This hotel is beautiful. It has only been open about a month. Everything is new and clean. There are lots of nice touches throughout the hotel as well. A beautiful breakfast and pool area. The pool area is on the top floor overlooking patong and the ocean. There is a small but adequate fitness area. Ask them to turn the ac on if you use it. It is very hot otherwise. The room was good as well. Very modern looking and clean. Great shower. Fridge and hair dryer in room. Our booking came with breakfast. The breakfast was buffet style and was quite good. Staff was extremely friendly as well. I would consider staying here again in the future.

The location is the big downside of this property. From looking on a map before booking, I thought it would be easy to walk anywhere in patong. I was wrong. The hotel is at the top of a fairly steep hill and is about a 20-25 minute walk from the beach. You can take a cab or a tuk tuk but we were here for New Years and the streets were a nightmare to drive on so we walked. The nice part about the far away location is that you are away from a lot of the chaos of the party area in patong. The pillows were very thick as well. I was sore after 2 nights of sleeping on them. Another downside is that they were out of several items in the menu that we tried to order. I think this is because they are new and it will work itself out. I wanted a latte for breakfast but was told they don’t have an espresso machine yet. This was disappointing as there were no other coffee shops nearby.
